This training course uses modern adult learning techniques to enhance maximum understanding, comprehension, and retention of information and in particular, encouraging, and supportive of self-assessment and reflection. As well as printed material, the use of relevant academic research, commercial case studies, and video material, participants will be encouraged (in a confidential environment) to discuss their own development and the team challenges they face as leaders in their organizations. Participants will be engaged in reflective learning, taking part in formal and informal paired conversations and group exercises, and in this professional space, invited to both share their own experiences and ideas and learn from the different insights of their peers.
