Day 2: Communicating with Different Audience Groups and Navigating Challenging Conversations in a Healthcare Setting

  • Choose an appropriate style of communication when engaging in a difficult conversation
  • Investigate best practices when navigating challenging conversations

Day 3: Medical and Scientific Presentation Skills

Day 4: Media Relations for Healthcare Communications
  • Learn new strategies for communicating more effectively with the media and the implications that has on healthcare.
