This KC Academy training course gives ambitious executives the skills and confidence to lead using agile principles in challenging times, to promote change and excellence in others and maintain their own ability to stay resilient and calm. In a globally competitive environment, organisations are seeking future leaders who can both promote more agile ways of working and be a positive role model to those they manage. 

This training course combines classical business principles with the latest leadership thinking, covering topics such as; agile project management, innovation and change, emotional intelligence, motivation, teamwork, competencies, self-management and coping with stress. Successful and engaged delegates are empowered to return to their organisations, equipped with the knowledge and practical tools they can use to help build more agility and success for themselves, and their teams.

There are no prerequisites. Our courses are open to students of all backgrounds who are 18 years of age and older. All courses are conducted in English. Video lectures include English subtitles and the option to slow-down, pause, or replay lectures for better retention. Discussion boards are a critical component of each of our courses; therefore, we suggest students have a conversational knowledge of English when pursuing a Certificate of Completion. For any of the art writing courses, students need to be 100% proficient in written English.

Our Online Courses can be accessed on a mobile or tablet device, although we strongly encourage you to have access to a desktop or laptop computer and reliable internet connection for certain course components.
