Stakeholders impact every organisation - whether they are public or private sector – some are internal, others are external, but the higher priority stakeholders must be engaged, their expectations understood and strategies developed, planned and implemented to recognise and address their concerns. Stakeholder management involves both hard and soft skills, with some understanding of human nature, culture, and communications added, finished off with the ability to influence and negotiate with integrity.
The five-day course will provide participants with a standard set of tools and techniques explored through a range of project and programme-based exercises. This will include learning the stakeholder management processes, understanding human behaviour and how to influence it, analysing and planning communication strategies, using principled negotiation techniques and influencing without authority to achieve your goals. There are no prerequisites. Our courses are open to students of all backgrounds who are 18 years of age and older. All courses are conducted in English. Video lectures include English subtitles and the option to slow-down, pause, or replay lectures for better retention. Discussion boards are a critical component of each of our courses; therefore, we suggest students have a conversational knowledge of English when pursuing a Certificate of Completion. For any of the art writing courses, students need to be 100% proficient in written English.
