An Intensive 10-day Training Course

Creative Strategic Planning & Leadership

Developing Innovative, Visionary and Strategic Thinking Skills

INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

The Creative Strategic Planning & Leadership training course is designed to empower leaders and professionals with transformative tools and methodologies that unlock creative potential within a strategic framework. Beginning with self-exploration, participants will first enhance their personal insights before applying these discoveries to drive innovation and influence within their organisations.

The first part of the Creative Strategic Planning & Leadership training course focuses on expanding thinking beyond conventional boundaries. Participants will be encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, embrace fresh perspectives, and cultivate the ability to communicate a dynamic and inspiring leadership vision.

The second part of the training course demystifies the concept of strategy, often seen as complex or elusive. It emphasizes the integration of rigorous analytical skills with imaginative thinking, positioning strategic planning as a vital, value-creating process. Participants will develop the competencies to transform visionary ideas into actionable outcomes that contribute meaningfully to organisational success.

Key highlights of this comprehensive training course include:

  • Mastering the balance between analytical precision and creative innovation in decision-making and planning.
  • Unlocking and directing the creative strengths of individuals and teams toward strategic objectives.
  • Bridging the gap between operational execution and strategic leadership.
  • Aligning personal and departmental goals with overarching organisational strategies.
  • Enhancing leadership and management capabilities for sustained professional growth.

This training course is split into two modules:

Module I - Leading Creatively

Module II - Strategy and Strategic Planning

Each module is structured and can be taken as a stand-alone training course; however, delegates will maximise their benefits by taking Module 1 and 2 back-to-back as a 2-week training course.
